Description

Easter Song is a 7-inch vinyl single by the American vocal trio 2nd Chapter of Acts (the siblings Annie Herring, Nelly Greisen, and Matthew Ward), released on Myrrh Records in 1974 (catalogue number M-132), a division of Word. The track was taken from the band’s full-length debut album With Footnotes released the same year on Myrrh Records, produced, recorded, and mixed by Buck Herring at Sun West Studios in Hollywood, California. Strings and horns arranged by Michael Omartian. The song was written by band member Annie Herring.
